The term "mini-Web" usually means community of "mini websites", -- small one-page sites, basically sales letters. Mini-news.com introduces the new meaning for it:

Mini-Web is a set of minipages
on one multi-iFramed HTML page.

It looks like this:

Thus, a mini-Web needs specially designed miniature pages to run.
In the simplest case, its code is:

<HTML><BODY>
<IFRAME SRC="minipage-1.html" width=100 height=100></IFRAME>
<IFRAME SRC="minipage-2.html" width=100 height=100></IFRAME>
<IFRAME SRC="minipage-3.html" width=100 height=100></IFRAME>
</BODY></HTML>

It took less than hour to set up the first ever test mini-Web.

The FIRST Real Mini-Web I launched on Thanksgiving:
1.mini-news.com/first

My recent personal mini-Web is devoted to Pixelotto:
1.mini-news.com

The JavaScript-based mini-Webs are more advanced. See, for example, html code for any news page at this website.
